Curtain tracks – Back to Basics

As a curtain track fitter the basic elements of my job are to fit curtain tracks to windows of all shapes and sizes. However in recent months i have had lots of e mails along the following lines;

“We brought a plastic track from a DIY store and it has fallen down”
“I do not know where to start with a bay window”

There is an art to fitting curtain tracks believe it or not as starting with the right track to begin with is essential. We believe that quality is essential so we only use metal tracks. This means that all the tracks we use will take any weight of curtain and last between 10/15 years.

For all bay window track fitting an essential part to ensure the track runs smoothly is a ‘specialist bending tool’. This will ensure that the track is bent onsite to match exactly with your bay window specifications and operate smoothly around the bay.

All of our supplied & fitted curtain tracks come with a 3 year parts warranty.
Should you have any questions regarding fitting a new curtain track to your window get in touch and we will be happy to assist you. We stock both corded and uncorded tracks so we can generally get your tracks fitting with 1-2 weeks of your enquiry.
